Each township is made up of smaller areas known as precincts. The person elected or appointed to represent a precinct is the precinct committeeperson.

The Libertyville Township Democratic Organization is made up of elected and appointed precinct committeepeople as well as engaged citizens residing in Libertyville Township and beyond. You do not have to be a precinct committeeperson to join us! All are welcome to get involved. Contact Us!

Becoming a precinct committeeperson is a great way to help build support for progressive candidates and get to know your community better. A precinct committeeperson, or PC, is the local resource for the area. Not sure what precinct you’re in? Your precinct is listed on your voter ID card, or you can check the larger Lake County Clerk's website map.
